Stacie Stewart is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Section. Ms. Stewart attended Utah State University where she received a B.A. in English and Speech cum laude and an M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership summa cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, where she served on the BYU Law Review Board as Managing Editor of Administration and was the President of the Women in Law Association.
Prior to joining Parr Brown, Ms. Stewart served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ted Stewart of the U.S. District Court, District of Utah, and for the Honorable Andrew J. Kleinfeld of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Fairbanks, Alaska. Prior to earning her J.D., Ms. Stewart was a judicial intern for the Honorable Ted Stewart of the U.S. District Court, District of Utah and for the Honorable Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.
