Parr Brown Shareholder Jonathan Hafen was quoted in CNN regarding the Judicial Understaffing Delays Getting Emergencies Solved (JUDGES) Act. The bill, passed by the Senate recently before the August recess, seeks to resolve the shortage of judges in the face of rising filings in US district courts.
