Parr Brown is pleased to announce that Terry E. Welch will be returning to the firm as a shareholder and board member on July 8, 2022. Terry worked at Parr Brown from 1990 to 2019 when he left to serve as a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He is a past President and longtime shareholder.
