Adam Farnsworth is a member of the firm’s business and finance groups, where he focuses his practice on corporate and income tax planning involved in business transactions. Adam advises clients on a variety of corporate and tax issues involved in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning for real estate transactions. His work also focuses on assisting clients with matters involving partnership and corporate tax.
Adam holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the International Law Review. Graduating with a B.A. in International Affairs from Wagner College, Adam played quarterback for the Seahawks’ NCAA Division I football team. Prior to that, he began his undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa, where he was a member of the Hawkeyes’ NCAA Division I and Big Ten Conference football team.
