Nick is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation group and has a focus in intellectual property litigation, contract disputes, and appeals. In 2019, Nick earned his J.D., from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School where he was a senior editor of the BYU Law Review.
Prior to joining Parr Brown, Nick served as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul B. Matey of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Newark, New Jersey. He also clerked for the Honorable Ryan D. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
