Rick D. Rose
Associate
Rick Rose is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation team with a particular emphasis on complex commercial litigation in state and federal court. Rick has experience in a broad range of commercial disputes including contract, securities, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and business tort issues.
Before joining Parr Brown, Mr. Rose was an associate with Stoel Rives and a law clerk for Judge Dale Kimball of the Utah Federal District Court, 2020-2021. He was a summer associate for Dewsnup King Olsen Worel Havas Mortensen (2020) and for Stoel Rives (2018, 2019) and worked as an intern for the University of Utah Office of Risk Management (2018).
