Chambers USA Recognizes Parr Brown as Leading Utah Law Firm

Five core practice areas and 15 individual attorneys receive national rankings.

For the 8th year in a row, Parr Brown Gee & Loveless attorneys have been ranked in the top tiers of Chambers USA – America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.  Rankings are based on interviews with clients (commercial users of legal services) and weighed on technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.

  • Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. The firm ranked first-tier and was recognized as “One of the finest in the state for its corporate expertise, representing leading businesses in a number of sophisticated transactions.” Attorneys recognized in this practice area include Brent StevensonBrian LloydBryan Allen, and Seth King.
  • Real Estate Law also received a first-tier ranking.
