Quinney College of Law where he was Associate Article Editor of the Utah Law Review and a CALI Awards and William H. Leary Scholar recipient, Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in Political Science in 2018. Prior to joining Parr Brown Austin interned with The Honorable Scott M. Matheson, Jr. at the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and with The Honorable Justice John

Braden Johnson is a member of the firm’s business and finance, bankruptcy, workouts and creditors’ rights, corporate finance, and real estate groups. Mr. Johnson attended Brigham Young University where he received a B.A. in Political Science in 2012. In 2015, he earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. Mr. Sargent practices in the areas of estate planning, gift and estate tax, probate, trust and estate administration and business formation and structuring.  Prior to joining Parr Brown in 1997, he practiced at a Washington, D.C. law firm for two years.
