Mayflower Ski Resort’s 3,100-Acre Conservation Easement In The News; Shareholders Roger Henriksen and Robert McConnell Are Lead Development Counsel

The Salt Lake Tribune profiles the Mayflower Ski Resort, developed by Parr Brown client EX Utah Development (Extell), and its conservation preservation of 3,100-acres of land situated between Bonanza Flats and Wasatch Mountain State Park. Plans include a network of more than 50 miles of trail, as well as pockets of territory dedicated to protecting ecosystems and wildlife. Shareholders Roger Henriksen and Robert McConnell are lead development counsel for Extell.
