Kade Olsen is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation group, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and defending against class actions. His experience includes resolving matters related to false advertising, trademarks, trade secrets, consumer privacy, restrictive covenants and more, across various industries. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
Michael Wilde is a member of Parr Brown’s Commercial Litigation group. He specializes in complex insurance coverage litigation for both companies and individuals, across both state and federal courts. His insurance experience includes Commercial General Liability, Employment Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, and other types of policies. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
