Parr Brown Gee Welcomes Four New Attorneys

Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that four new attorneys have joined the Firm.

Matthew Dorny joined Parr Brown as Of Counsel. He practices in the Firm’s business and finance group, with a focus on corporate governance, corporate finance, marketing and consumer practices, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and more. He received his J.D. and M.B.A from the University of Utah.

Andrew Collins joined Parr Brown as a shareholder, and practices in the Firm’s civil and commercial litigation groups, focusing on class actions, breach of contract, commercial torts, securities claims, and more. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School.

Meg Krivanec joined Parr Brown as an associate and is a member of the Firm’s business and finance group, where she specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, debt financing transactions, business organization and structuring, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Parr Brown, she was a law clerk for Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III and Vice Chancellor Cook at the Delaware Court of Chancery. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

Dick Baldwin is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. He specializes in civil appeals and complex commercial litigation, with a broad range of experience ranging from business disputes, civil rights claims, agency actions, and tort cases. He received his J.D. from the University of Utah, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Utah Law Review.
