Aerin Christensen is a member of the firm’s commercial and appellate litigation groups with a focus on eminent domain litigation. Before joining the firm Aerin clerked for Judge David N. Mortensen on the Utah Court of Appeals.
Aerin earned her J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2024. During law school Aerin represented BYU on the national moot court team and worked as an intern for Justice Jill Pohlman on the Utah Supreme Court.
Before law school Aerin worked as a lobbyist in Utah where she advocated for improvements to Utah’s land use law, coordinating with diverse interest groups and facilitating dialogue to find resolution and common ground across party lines.
