Bryan Call is a member of the firm’s business and finance group. Mr. Call’s practice focuses in the areas of tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structure, organization, and governance. Mr. Call also represents clients in federal income tax deficiency and collection matters before the IRS, the Independent Office of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Call earned his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2020, graduating with Order of the Coif and Highest Honors distinctions. While in law school, Mr. Call served as an Article Editor of the Utah Law Review. In 2017, Mr. Call received his B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business.
Prior to joining Parr Brown, Mr. Call worked for the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel in the Small Business/Self-Employed Division where he represented the Internal Revenue Service in matters before the United States Tax Court.
