Bryant Holloway is an associate in Parr Brown’s Environmental and Natural Resources practice, where he represents clients in mining, water, and other natural resources matters.
Bryant’s practice spans litigation, transactions, and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on mining and water law. He handles disputes involving mining claims and mineral rights, as well as regulatory, permitting, land, and title matters affecting mineral development. His water practice includes water rights, change applications and adjudications, water supply and development, and related regulatory and administrative proceedings.
Bryant works with mining companies, water providers, property owners, and other clients navigating federal, state, and local laws governing natural resources and the development and use of land, minerals, and water.
During law school, Bryant focused his studies on environmental and natural resources law. He served as a Senior Staff member of the Utah Law Review, received multiple CALI Awards for earning the highest grade in his courses, and worked as a summer associate at Parr Brown in 2023 and 2024. His experience at Parr Brown during law school allowed him to begin working on mining, water, and other natural resources matters before joining the firm as an attorney.
Outside the office, Bryant enjoys trail running, backpacking, and spending time with his family.
