As both an attorney and a seasoned entrepreneur, Chase Wilde brings a unique perspective to the practice of law. His passion for business and his legal expertise allows him to assist businesses of all sizes with a wide range of legal matters, both in and out of the courtroom.
Chase earned his Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law. At law school, he served on the Utah Law Review, represented the University as a member of its national moot court team, and was elected as president of the Student Bar Association.
Before joining the firm, Chase clerked at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for two years. He also clerked for one year at the Utah Court of Appeals. Chase’s clerkships provided rich experiences at both the trial and appellate levels and in both the federal and state court systems. Prior to clerking, Chase was an associate at a large law firm with offices in multiple states.
Chase also practices Assisted Reproductive Technology law (or “ART law”), and helps individuals navigate the legal regulation of in vitro fertilization (IVF), surrogacy, egg or sperm donation, and embryo freezing. He has experience representing both intended parents and gestational carriers.
Chase enjoys doing things outdoors, reading fiction and nonfiction, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
