Daniel is a member of the firm’s commercial and appellate litigation groups. His practice has a broad focus, including breach of contract and the constitutionality of state action.
Daniel earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2023. While in law school he was a Senior Editor of the BYU Law Review and a student mentor. He also worked as a judicial intern for Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Howard C. Nielson of the Federal District of Utah.
Daniel is the author of College Athletes, TikTok, and Title IX: An Empirical Exploration of the Title IX Implications of the NCAA’s New NIL Policy, published in the Sports Lawyers Journal.
Prior to law school, Daniel received his B.S. in Psychology from BYU, graduating magna cum laude. He is conversational in Spanish and enjoys pickleball and golf.
