Drake Walker is a member of the firm’s litigation group where he specializes in helping clients with contract, intellectual property, insurance, and other complex commercial disputes.
Drake graduated as the valedictorian of his law school class at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. In addition to receiving top honors and awards in several classes, Drake served as the Executive Text Editor of the Utah Law Review, participated in and won his law school’s internal moot court competition, and received the 3L Mentor Award from younger classmates. Drake worked as a Summer Associate with Parr Brown in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Prior to joining the firm, Drake clerked for Chief Judge Robert J. Shelby of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, gaining firsthand insight into federal procedure and judicial decision-making across commercial, constitutional, and criminal matters.
Drake also has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and prior experience in forensic analysis.
Drake is conversational in Spanish, and he enjoys running, playing pickleball and golf, and spending time with his wife and three young children.
