Before joining Parr Brown, Jascha led litigation for the local office of a national Am Law 100 employment law firm. He also practiced in the New York office of a global Am Law 100 firm and spent nearly a decade at one of Utah’s leading full-service firms. He began his legal career clerking for the Honorable Dee V. Benson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (one of the greatest judges of all time).
In and outside the office, Jascha is known for mentoring with intention and helping build teams grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and trust. He speaks and writes on leadership, equity, and the evolving role of law in the workplace and beyond.
