Kade is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group, where his practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation and in defending against class actions.
Kade has represented clients in the real estate, pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer products, food and beverage, natural resources, and financial industries in state and federal courts. For clients in those industries, Kade has successfully litigated and resolved matters relating to false advertising, trademarks, trade secrets, consumer privacy, restrictive covenants, securities, and consumer protection laws.
Kade has also represented clients on a wide array of cybersecurity issues, including breach response, ransomware, regulatory compliance, litigation, and risk mitigation.
Before joining Parr Brown, Kade worked at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler in New York. Kade also served as a Law Clerk to Hon. Andrew D. Hurwitz for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and to Hon. John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Kade earned his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was the Managing Editor of the New York University Law Review. He received his A.B. from Dartmouth College, cum laude, where he was a finalist at the National Debate Tournament.
