Michael Stevens is a member of the firm’s litigation group with an emphasis on employment law and employment defense.
Michael assists employers, both public and private, in developing effective employment policies, procedures, handbooks, and contracts. He has experience defending claims brought under Title III for website non-compliance, Title VII, Title IX, and other federal, state, and local discrimination laws. He also has experience in the area of employment contracts, including executive employment agreements and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
In addition to employment litigation, Michael has specialized experience in various other areas of litigation including commercial litigation, construction litigation, product liability litigation, and tort litigation.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, trying new foods and restaurants, traveling, and exercising.
