Ryan Morrison is an accomplished corporate attorney over 16 years of contract experience structuring, negotiating, and closing complex commercial and IP transactions. Ryan has drafted agreements with large multi-national corporations, domestic and foreign universities, public and private companies, inventors and government entities. Ryan is dedicated to providing cost-effective strategies negotiation and drafting expertise, teamwork, and collaboration needed to achieve the results clients seek.
Mr. Morrison has a wide range of experience negotiating agreements in a variety of technical and biotechnology areas. Ryan’s focus is to capture the client’s business objectives, allocate risk properly, and ensure contracts are structured in a clear and concise manner.
Prior to joining Parr Brown Ryan was the principal at Morrison Law PLLC in Bellevue, Washington.
