Sean Sigillito is a trial-focused litigator with substantial experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust class actions and complex commercial, corporate governance, financial, real estate, and intellectual property lawsuits in federal and state courts across the United States. Prior representations include the Mother Wolf restaurant in Los Angeles, the Hotel Chelsea in New York City, and various private equity funds in multimillion-dollar disputes.
Sean maintains an active pro bono practice, including having exonerated an innocent individual after twenty years of wrongful incarceration.
Before joining Parr Brown, Sean practiced law at several global law firms in New York City and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Orlando L. Garcia of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas during his term as Chief Judge. He graduated as a member of the Order of Barristers from the New York University School of Law.
