Steve Glauser practices in the litigation group. He has extensive experience in many areas of litigation including commercial and corporate litigation, contract, construction, landlord-tenant, intellectual property and copyright, probate, insurance, employment, mass tort, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and serious personal injury. He has successfully represented clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts.

Steve also advises and contracts for his corporate clients. He negotiates and crafts legal documents to meet his clients’ needs including master services agreements, distribution agreements, commercial leases, independent contractor agreements, construction agreements, noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements, and others.
Steve earned his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School where he was a George Washington Scholar (ranked in the top of his class) and a member of The George Washington Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of Utah with honors where he was named Captain of the Men’s Lacrosse Team.
Prior to joining Parr Brown, Steve served as a legislative consultant for the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Washington, D.C. and represented petitioners in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Steve has been recognized as a “Rising Star” of Mountain States Super Lawyers and one of Utah’s Legal Elite by Utah Business magazine.
When not practicing law, Steve enjoys exploring national parks with his wife and four sons, archery hunting big game in the backcountry, typical Wasatch Front hobbies (skiing, mountain biking, trail running, fishing, and hiking), attending University of Utah football games with his sons and musicals at Eccles Theater with his wife, and coaching youth sports.
