Talmage Pearce is a member of Parr Brown’s Business and Finance, Real Estate, Tax, and Estate Planning groups. He is licensed to practice law in Utah, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. Drawing on his background as both an entrepreneur and a real estate investor, Talmage provides a unique combination of legal expertise and practical business insight.
Talmage graduated first in his class from Penn State, where he received his Juris Doctor and earned a certificate in tax law. During law school, he served as the site supervisor of the law school’s VITA Tax Clinic and as vice president of several student organizations including the Business Law Society, International Law Society, and The Federalist Society. As a law student, he worked as a legal intern in the staff attorney’s office at the Arizona Supreme Court, in the JAG Corps office of the U.S. Army, and as a law clerk for a law firm in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Talmage also graduated top of his class from Arizona State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in political science, a minor in religious studies, and certificates in international studies and Islamic studies.
Prior to practicing law, Talmage gained valuable experience as a real estate investor for 14 years and as an insurance professional for 13 years. During that time, he started and ran a successful start-up insurance agency which he eventually sold to a larger Arizona-based insurance agency.
When he is not working, Talmage enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, hiking, camping, bushcraft, mixed martial arts, and DIY home improvement projects.
