Talmage Pearce is a member of Parr Brown’s Business and Finance, Real Estate, Natural Resources, and Estate Planning groups. Drawing on his background as both an entrepreneur and a real estate investor, Talmage provides a unique combination of legal expertise and practical business insight.
Talmage graduated first in his class from Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor and earned a certificate in taxation law. During law school, he served as the site supervisor of the law school’s VITA Tax Clinic and as vice president of several student organizations including the Business Law Society, International Law Society, and The Federalist Society. As a law student, he worked as a legal intern in the staff attorney’s office at the Arizona Supreme Court, in the JAG Corps office of the U.S. Army, and as a law clerk for a law firm in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Talmage also graduated top of his class from Arizona State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in political science, a minor in religious studies, and certificates in international studies and Islamic studies. Vocationally, Talmage’s prior experience includes a 13-year career in the property and casualty insurance industry, starting a business, and real estate investing.
When he is not working, Talmage enjoys spending time with his wife and five children (with a sixth on the way!), hiking, bushcraft, mixed martial arts, and DIY home improvement projects.
