Terry Welch handles litigation matters of all types in federal and state courts. He has broad experience in complex litigation, representing multi-national, national, local, and small businesses with respect to intellectual property and patent litigation, antitrust, product liability, insurance and bad faith disputes, and manufacturer/distributor relations. He has handled significant trademark and Lanham Act matters including issues of infringement, trade dress and false advertising. Mr. Welch heads the Firm’s Class Action practice. He prides himself on thoroughly and deeply understanding his client’s desired ends and then acting in all instances toward those ends. Mr. Welch has mediated, arbitrated or tried cases in federal and state courts in more than 20 states throughout the United States. Bold, creative and refreshing in his style and manner, he is regularly approached to represent prior opposing parties.
