The law firm of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Braden Johnson, Victoria Luman, Jeremy Brodis, and April Medley have been promoted to shareholders. Braden Johnson is a member of the firm’s business and finance, bankruptcy, workouts and creditors’ rights, corporate finance, and real estate groups. Mr. Johnson attended Brigham Young University where he received a B.A. in Political Science in 2012. In 2015, he earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. Victoria Luman is a member of Parr Brown’s commercial litigation, entertainment and media law, employment law, and business immigration groups.  Ms.

Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Stephen M. Sargent has been selected as president of the firm. Mr. Sargent practices in the areas of estate planning, gift and estate tax, probate, trust and estate administration and business formation and structuring.  Prior to joining Parr Brown in 1997, he practiced at a Washington, D.C. law firm for two years.

Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Claire M. McGuire joined the firm as an associate in the commercial litigation practice group. In 2020 she earned her J.D., from S.J. Quinney College of Law graduating with High Honors. While in law school Ms. McGuire had the honor of representing the University as a member of the national moot court team and was recognized as one of the best oralists in the region. Her peers also elected her to represent the law school as a Senator in University wide student government. In 2014 Ms. McGuire received her B.S.

Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Katherine D. Pasker joined the firm as an associate in the real estate practice group. Before attending law school Katherine gained substantial insight into the intersection between the commercial real estate market and local government while working for Salt Lake City’s Office of Economic Development. Prior to joining Parr Brown, Katherine clerked for several district court judges and represented one of the country’s largest telecommunications providers while practicing in Minneapolis, MN.
