Emma W. Balls Joins Parr Brown

Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Emma W. Balls joined the firm as an associate in the business and finance practice group.

Ms. Balls also practices in the areas of corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. In 2020 she earned her J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif from J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she was a Lead Note and Comment Editor of the BYU Law Review.  Prior to law school, Ms. Balls received a B.S. in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology from the University of Utah in 2017.
