Parr Brown Announces Three New Shareholders

The law firm of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Nathanael D. Paynter,  Thomas E. Goodwin, and Jordan Toone have been promoted to shareholders.  “These three outstanding attorneys have earned their position as shareholders through their commitment to their work product and to our clients,” said Daniel Jensen, President of Parr Brown.

Nathanael D. Paynter is a member of the firm’s Corporate group, focusing on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities as well as media and First Amendment Law. Mr. Paynter received his B.A. in History from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School.

Thomas E. Goodwin is a member of the firm’s real estate, finance, and bankruptcy groups. Mr. Goodwin received his B.S., cum laude in Economics, and B.A., cum laude in Asian Studies from the University of Utah. He received his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Jordan Toone is a business attorney, focusing on M&A/corporate, finance and international matters. Mr. Toone is licensed in both New York and Utah. He received his J.D., with highest honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
