On May 27th, the law firm of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless will move from its current location at 185 South State Street to the newly constructed 101 Tower located at 101 South 200 East. Parr Brown’s 130 attorneys and staff will occupy the top three floors of the seven-story building. “This space is significantly more efficient and will enable us to better serve our clients,” noted named partner, David Gee. “Technology enhancements, increased trial preparation and client meeting rooms, along with adjacent parking, will also add to the client experience,” added Gee.
The LEED building was developed by the Boyer Company, designed by Babcock Design, and constructed by Jacobsen Construction. Tenant improvements were handled by Layton Construction and EDA Architects provided interior design. YESCO provided interior and exterior signage and the move was coordinated by Mergenthaler Moving and Storage.
