Parr Brown Announced Three New Shareholders for 2018

The law firm of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Cynthia Love, Stephen Mouritsen, and Matthew Wright have been promoted to shareholders.

Cynthia Love is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section.  Ms. Love attended Johns Hopkins University where she received a B.A. in History of Science, Medicine & Technology in 2003.  In 2013, she earned her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Dean’s Award, Order of the Coif.

Stephen Mouritsen is a member of Parr Brown’s commercial litigation group.  Prior to joining Parr Brown, Mr. Mouritsen was an associate with the law firms of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.

Matthew Wright is a member of the firm’s business, finance and corporate transactions groups, with an emphasis on corporate and securities matters and finance transactions. Mr. Wright graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the BYU Law Review.
