Dick Baldwin has joined the Litigation Section. Mr. Baldwin received his B.S. in Urban & Metropolitan Studies from Arizona State University in 2009, summa cum laude. In 2013 he earned his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, Order of the Coif, where he was Editor-in Chief of the Utah Law Review, a member of the National Moot Court Team, and a William H. Leary Scholar. As a member of the college’s national moot court team, he was awarded the Lewis F. Powell Medal for Excellence in Advocacy and the Best Brief Award at the 2013 National Moot Court competition co-sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers and the New York City Bar Association. Prior to joining Parr Brown, Mr. Baldwin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Scott M. Matheson Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and for the Honorable Ted Stewart of the U.S. District Court, District of Utah. Prior to earning his J.D., Mr. Baldwin was a judicial intern for the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh of the Utah Court of Appeals and for the Honorable Ted Stewart of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
Cynthia Love has joined the Litigation Section. Ms. Love attended John Hopkins University where she received a B.A. in History of Science, Medicine & Technology in 2003. In 2013, she earned her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Dean’s Award, Order of the Coif. She also was the Executive Articles Editor of the Utah Law Review, a Quinney Research Fellow, and a William H. Leary Scholar. Prior to joining Parr Brown, Ms. Love served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carolyn McHugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and for Justice Jill Parrish of the Utah Supreme Court. Prior to earning her J.D., Ms. Love was a judicial intern for the Honorable Denise Lindberg of the Utah Third District Court and, for the Honorable Scott Matheson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Stacie Stewart has joined the Real Estate Section. Ms. Stewart attended Utah State University where she received a B.A. in English and Speech cum laude in 1996 and an M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership summa cum laude in 2010. In 2014 she earned her J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, where she served on the BYU Law Review Board as Managing Editor of Administration and was the President of the Women in Law Association. Prior to joining Parr Brown, Ms. Stewart served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ted Stewart of the U.S. District Court, District of Utah, and for the Honorable Andrew J. Kleinfeld of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Fairbanks, Alaska. Prior to earning her J.D., Ms. Stewart was a judicial intern for the Honorable Ted Stewart of the U.S. District Court, District of Utah and for the Honorable Matthew B.
