Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Walter Peterson joined the firm as an associate in the business and finance sections.
Mr. Peterson also practices in the areas of corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions. In 2019 he earned his J.D., Order of the Coif with Highest Honors, from the University of Utah S. J. Quinney College of Law, where he was a Note and Comment Editor of the Utah Law Review.
Prior to earning his J.D., Mr. Peterson was a judicial intern for Judge Jill Parrish of United States District Court, District of Utah.
Prior to law school, Mr. Peterson received a B.S. in Consumer and Community Studies, cum laude, in 2016.
