Parr Brown Announces Claire McGuire, Dick Baldwin, and Chase Wilde Promoted to Shareholder

Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Claire McGuire, Dick Baldwin, and Chase Wilde have been promoted to shareholders.

Claire M. McGuire is a member of Parr Brown’s Commercial Litigation group. Her practice focuses on large scale receiverships, fraudulent/voidable transactions, complex contractual disputes, and intellectual property law. She also brings her extensive experience as a political operative to the Firm’s Election, Campaign and Political Services practice. She received her J.D. with High Honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Dick J. Baldwin is a member of Parr Brown’s Appellate and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He has extensive experience representing clients across a wide range of civil matters and brings his experience in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Utah’s state appellate courts on their behalf. He received his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Utah Law Review.

Chase Wilde is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation, Business and Finance, and Employment Law groups, where he is dedicated to assisting his clients in complex legal matters both in and out of court. He brings significant prior entrepreneurial and clerkship experience to his practice, and he is also dedicated to representing individuals in Assisted Reproductive Technology legal matters. He received his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
